Botox: Botox is a drug made from a toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Injections using the toxin to prevent a muscle from moving for a limited time and preventing facial muscles to contract. Botox is popular due to its ability to paralyze muscles and prevent wrinkles from forming. It is possible that Botox could result in the reduction of wrinkles from forming. However, this may result in some facial expressions being lost. If it's not injected properly, Botox can freeze certain facial muscles and cause a constantly surprised look. 

When Botox is used over a long period of time, the lack of muscle usage causes muscle atrophy which causes the muscle to shrink and sag just like how it would anywhere else on the body if the muscle is no longer in use. This will require the use of Botox indefinitely and eventually the use of fillers or surgery depending on the amount of sagging to the skin. Botox cannot prevent sagging skin. Botox requires the use of needles and the injection can cause pain and bruising.
