The looks compliment natural texture, as well as adding loose waves to hair without appearing forced. Runway and therefore trends to date have been very sleek and polished. It has served us well but it’s time to allow hair to be free and show texture and lived in bends to the hair. Nothing contrive just movement and texture on its own is beautiful.
Milan Fashion Week ss23
Milan Fashion Week is incomparable to any other Fashion Week city. Milan the city is as amazing as it is expected to be but what makes the experience of Milan Fashion Week even more beautiful, is the way the community rallies together for Fashion Week in support of each other from Designer to Hairstylist to local Cafe owner is remarkable. Explains why some of the biggest designers globally come directly from Milan. With support from a community like Milan; its clear the spirit and pride the community has in itself and therefore in support of its designers, is a force in what historically has created some of the best shopping and known designers for decades.
Paris Fashion Week ss23
Paris is grandiose and boutique-ish wrapped up in one city. It's Fashion Week presents the same way. Much like Milan, Paris keeps its local community involved. In a city like Paris, fashion is the big economy and its obvious what serious business it is, but still very creative and in some cases the most creative because that is how serious about Fashion Week the Paris community is. Shows happen in small passage ways of shopping, event centers, outdoor platforms and this year we saw Louis Vuitton build a grand stage right in the court yard of the Louvre! A 30min show stage that took 7 days and 12+ people to build. It was magnificent, it was creative and it was a grand show...and that is the Paris way of Fashion Week.
